How can I deal with my Web Developer

It is very important to communicate properly with your developer. Because successful communication with you and your developer is the only possible way to make your website or web application perfect.

Basic communication

1. Need to understand the seller or developer what do you/buyer want.

This is the most challenging part for a you/buyer. Because, now most of the website developed remotely by freelancers or the developer from other countries due to good price and perfect person. So both need a language which both understand properly. English is the best way to describe your needs, because everyone knows English little or more.

2. If Freelancer/Seller/Buyer can't well explain using text in English

It may happen. It is not important that everyone will have the proficiency in English to describe everything. Then you can talk to him using Skype.

3. Developer/Freelancer/Seller/Buyer is not fluent 

Now, what can we do? Well, go through some screenshot or screen sharing explanation. You can share your screen using some software like

• Mikogo
• Conclusion and much more...

4. Still no good communication result !

  Still not successful then use some screenshot with description and video screen capture software. Record a video your requirements and send the seller or freelancer, so that he can watch it repeatedly to make himself clear.

If you can't explain or seller do not really understand each other then simply cancel the order or make him convince to try and you are with him and make him confident, hope your task will be better than you wanted.
